Bar jobs can be fun, earn money, learn skills, make friends. You can feel a ‘but’ coming on can’t you?!
Yes and the ‘but’ is if you work in a bar you could be missing out on all sorts of other social events that you have been invited to!
The solution? Sign up with a Recruitment Agency instead and you could find yourself earning more money AND having your weekends and evenings free!
Typical Agency work could be as a Driver’s Mate (loading and unloading, map reading etc), Van Driver, Warehouse work, office work etc etc, in fact the opportunities are endless. There are evening and weekend jobs but for the most part your working day will be finished by 5 or 6, in time for a beer with your mates or maybe a trip to the cinema.
The pay for Temping work can be good and the perks are many and varied. Holiday Pay is now paid on top of your standard hourly rate.
So don’t write off Recruitment Agencies for casual work in the run up to Christmas (or any other time of the year!). Sign up with an Agency today and tell them what you would like to do. Prepare to be flexible and reliable and have fun while earning money for the good things in life!
