What will your duties be as a Van Driver?
At the beginning of your shift, you will need to collect the goods from the pick-up point. At the pick-up point, you will need to load your vehicle safely. If you are working as a multi-drop driver, you will need to load the vehicle according to your route. You will then be required to drive to the drop off address where you will need to safely unload the deliveries and get a signature if required. During your shift, you will be expected to record your hours and delivery records.
What will successful candidates require for this role?
- Basic English and Maths skills.
- A good driving record.
- A driving licence for the vehicle that you will be driving.
- It could also be useful to have previous experience in a warehouse role
