Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for an energetic, confident individual with great communication skills for our Exeter based client. This role is full time with the potential for an immediate start for the right candidate.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1700 (37.5 hours/week)
Starting salary between £20 000 - £23 000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Administrator your role will involve a wide variety of functions these will include:
· Answering customer telephone calls and answering any queries, including stock availability, lead times and basic technical queries.
· Processing customer orders received on Sage 200 accounting software.
· Arrange customer collections & returns as required.
· Dispatch daily orders through the system and print labels.
· Assisting customers with any issues in a patient and helpful manner
· Updating customer information on multiple databases
· Using customer relationship management software to ensure all customer queries are dealt with in an appropriate time frame.
· Liaising with accounts, marketing, sales, dispatch and production to help provide a high-level customer service experience for our customers.
